Engineering Degree Program

The Department of Electrical and Energy Engineering has provided two Engineering Programs:

  1. Engineering Degree in Electronics and Automation (EA)
  2. Engineering Degree in Electrical and Energy (EE)

Electronics and Automation Engineering

In response to the market and the Institutional need, the education program has three main objectives:

  • Students will become fully qualified engineers in the Electronics and Automation field to meet current and future market needs nationally and internationally.
  • Students capable of pursuing higher education abroad (Master’s degree and Ph.D.), which will increase the number of researchers in the institute, and relevant institutions and ministries.
  • Students can become entrepreneurs in the future by providing basic techniques skills, financial management, and leadership in educational programs.

Electrical and Energy Engineering

In response to the market and the Institutional need, the education program has three main objectives:

  • Students will become fully qualified engineers in the Electrical Energy field to meet current and future market needs nationally and internationally.
  • Students capable of pursuing higher education abroad (Master’s degree and Ph.D.), which will increase the number of researchers in the institute, and relevant institutions and ministries.
  • Students can become entrepreneurs in the future by providing basic techniques skills, financial management, and leadership in educational programs.

Program Pathway

Admission

To enroll either engineering degree in Electronics and Automation Engineering or Electrical and Energy Engineering, students must:

  •  Have technical and vocational degrees level 5 or
  • Have a high school graduation certificate or
  • Have a foundation year certificate or
  • Have an equivalent degree.

Curriculum - Electronics and Automation

In the Electronics and Automation Engineering program, students must study for 5 years and receive a total of 142 credits.
