This lab. built to serve the demands of research an teaching practical (TP) on the Processing Technology of products. Food processing laboratory is used to teach some practical sections of specialized subjects such as:

B201 Physicochemical Lab.
This lab. is general for carrying out the analysis of food products and water. The main activities are confined to the process of sample preparation and determination of physical quantities.
B202 Pathegen Microbiology Lab.
This lab. was operated not only for teaching fundamental subjects, but also for all the researches in the field of food sanitation/safety evaluation.This lab is mainly focused on the analysis of pathogen microbiology

This chromatography lab is mainly used for conducting research. It uses for analysis specific compounds in the samples, analysis of mycotoxins, screening compounds in plant extracts and essential oils.
B310 Instrument Lab. (AAS)
This lab. is operated for analysis of iron, Calcium, Magnesium, Cadmium, Zinc and others metal elements which contents in samples by using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS).
