A GRU-Year 5 student, MEN Vuthy, has been selected to participate in the 2nd SEAMEO Youth Leadership Forum from the 7th to the 11th of March 2016 at Holiday Inn Bangkok, Thailand. After thorough review by the Selection Committee of 1,051 applications from the 11 SEAMEO-member countries and ASEAN+3 countries, 44 candidates including MEN Vuthy were selected.
