Information of international engineering programs
The International Engineering Programs at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) offer a 4-year Engineer’s Degree delivered in collaboration with leading partner universities in Australia, United States, France, EU, Malaysia, and other countries. Students have opportunities to pursue double-degree, articulation (1+3/2+2/3+1), and student exchange programs with international partners.
The programs currently offer the following undergraduate majors:
- Artificial Intelligence Engineering and Cybersecurity
- Software Engineering
- Aerospace and Autonomous Systems Engineering
- Robotics and Automation Engineering
- Industrial Engineering and Supply Chain Management
- Construction Management and Infrastructure Engineering
The curriculum integrates 21st Century Skills, Project-Based Learning, Adaptive Learning, and personal and professional development throughout the four years. Students also benefit from annual internship opportunities with industry partners.
Medium of Instruction: English
Application Period: 31 August– 22 September 2026
Admission Requirements: High school diploma (or equivalent), successful completion of the entrance examination, and English proficiency (minimum IELTS 5.0, TOEFL iBT 60, or equivalent).

- 2. Pay the registration fee for entrance exam (30USD)
- 3. Entrance exam at ITC: 25th Sept 2026, Math, Physics & Chemistry and Logic
- 4. Results of entrance exam: 28th Sept 2026
- 5. Tuition fee (2,500USD)
- 6. Start the academic year: 20th Oct 2026
Program Requirement:
- Bac II or equivalent certificate
- English proficiency:
IELTS≥5.0, TOFLE iBT≥60, Other English proficiency equivalent certificate - Entrance exam at ITC (in English): Math, Physics & Chemistry and Logic
Medium Instruction:
- All International Programs are taught in English.
Scholarship
1. Merit-based scholarship:
– 1st top 15% will receive 50% scholarship
– 2nd top 15% will receive 30% scholarship
2. Techo digital talent scholarship, 100% scholarship: 65
