The Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) is proud to host the 25th Science Council of Asia (SCA) Conference 2026, themed “Sustainable Technologies and Digital Transformation for a Resilient Future“

We invite policymakers, researchers, academics, and students to submit abstracts under two major themes:
🔹 Theme 1: Sustainable Technologies, Smart Systems, and Environmental Resilience
🔹 Theme 2: Resilient Futures, Inclusive Societies, and Climate Action
