The Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) is proud to host the 25th Science Council of Asia (SCA) Conference 2026, themed “Sustainable Technologies and Digital Transformation for a Resilient Future.”

We invite policymakers, researchers, academics, and students to submit abstracts under two major themes:
