HHU and ITC have developed an integrated master’s degree program in Hydrology and Water Resources for ITC students to earn an Engineering degree from ITC and a master’s degree from HHU. The regular undergraduate students of Water Resources Engineering and Rural Infrastructure (WRI) and Water and Environmental Engineering (WEE) of the Faculty of Hydrology and Water Resources Engineering at ITC, who have successfully completed their first four (04) years of study at ITC have the opportunity to apply to the Program. Once they are admitted, the students will study the master program of Hydrology and Water Recourses at HHU. For the program students who have successfully completed the 5th year of study at HHU, they have to develop a thesis report or a master research proposal and submit it to ITC at the end of the 5th year. Once the Program students successfully defend the thesis report or the research proposal, they are considered to have completed all the degree requirements and will be awarded the Engineer’s degree by ITC and will move on to the 6th year of study at HHU. If they successfully complete the 6th year of study and meet all the degree requirements, they will be awarded a master’s degree by HHU.
