Dr. Heng Sokchhay of ITC-GRU attended the 7th Regional Symposium on Infrastructure Development, 5-7 Nov 2015, Kasetsart University, Bangkok. In the session: Environmental Engineering and Water Resources Engineering, he made a presentation on “Water Demand and Availability in Koh Kong Province, Cambodia”.
