Description about lab: Drying Technology and Physicochemical Labs focus on the principles and applications of drying processes and their impact on the physical and chemical properties of materials. They explore various drying methods, such as hot air drying, freeze drying, and spray drying, and study the kinetics of moisture removal. These labs also characterize the physicochemical properties of materials before, during, and after drying, including moisture content, water activity, color, structure, and chemical composition. By combining expertise in drying technology with advanced analytical capabilities, these labs aim to optimize drying conditions, improve product quality, develop new drying technologies, and ensure product safety.
