A visit to Tawantip Food Products Co., Ltd which is located at Tambon Suan Luang, Amphoe Krathum Baen, Changwat Samut Sakhon, Samut Sakhon, Thailand. And on day 5, ITC team had prepared raw materials and materials for soy sauce fermentation in the lab.Chulalongkorn University is one of international partner universities under higher education partnership program of Higher Education Institution Project (HEIP) in order to improve the higher education teaching-learning capacity and research at ITC to reach both regional and international standard. The partnership program between ITC and Chulalongkorn University had reached at the agreement since January 2021.
Based on the agreed activities plan in 2022 on the building up of staff capacity, two ITC staffs comprise of Dr. Or Chanmoly and Dr. Chan Sarin have conducted the overseas mission to Chulalongkorn University, Thailand from 8 to 21 May 2022 for comprehensive discussion on the implementation of Key Performance Indicator at Chulalongkorn University. This mission was warmly welcome by Prof. Supot Teachavorasinskun, Dean of Faculty of Engineering and senior staffs of Faculty of Engineering with fruitful discussion on the KPI implementation.
The objectives of oversea mission are as follows:
- Final criteria and application of key performance indicators for researcher and supporting staff
- Incentivized system for researcher and supporting staff
- Improvement of the digital platform for database management
