April 20, 2016, at 9 am, a MoU was signed between the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) and Moscow State University of Information Technologies, radiology, Radioengineering and Electronics (MIREA). The signing was conducted at the initiative of His Excellency HUN Many, Member of Parliament and President of the Union of Youth Federation of Cambodia

The objectives of this meeting are:
- § Exchange of faculty and students between the two institutions
- § Cooperation in the field of research and scientific publication
- § Organization of seminars, scientific and industrial conferences
- § Development of dual diploma program
The ceremony ended well and there was an exchange of souvenir’s gifts and a visit of laboratories of the institute.
