PUBLICATION OF CONTRACT AWARD

The Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) has posted the summary results of its contract awards, under the S4C project, from 30 June 2020 to 31December 2020 on the public notice board outside the project office and website: www.itc.edu.kh for the following packages:

1. For Works and Goods Contracts:

The information of publication including contract number, contract description, name of each bidder who submitted a bid, bid prices as read out at bid opening, name and evaluated prices of each bid that was evaluated, name of bidders whose bids were rejected, and the reasons for rejection, name of winning bidder and the final bid price.

The information of publication including contract number, contract description, name of candidates who submitted an EOI, total score of expression of interest (EOI) evaluation and ranking, name of awarded candidate, and contract price. Anyone interested in viewing this information is welcome to do so during working hours between 8:00 am – 12:00 am and 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm from publication date till 11th February 2021 or can request at any time a copy of this information through the submission of a written request to the address below. Complaints:

A complaint may be made by any party at any stage of the procurement process. No complaint will be responded to during the evaluation period. Complaints received during the evaluation period will be reviewed by the Employer and a response issued only after the evaluation is completed. Complaints shall be addressed to the Project Director, H.E.Dr. Om Romny, Institute of Technology of Cambodia, Building A, First Floor, Room A-216, Russian Federation Blvd, Khan Toul Kork, Phnom Penh, Cambodia, Email: romny@itc.edu.kh. The Project Director will investigate the grounds for the complaint and, with the exception of those complaints received during the evaluation period as described above, respond to in writing within 14 calendar days of receiving the complaint. In the event that the response from the Project Director does not satisfy the unsuccessful bidder or there is no response the complaint received within 14 calendar days, the complaint should be referred to the (1) General Department of Public Procurement, Ministry of Economy and Finance, 92, Sangkat Wat Phnom, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia. The General Department of Public Procurement shall respond to the complaint within 14 calendar days. This is without prejudice to any other recourse that a bidder may choose.
