អបអរសាទរដល់ក្រុមនិស្សិតនិងគ្រូនៃវិទ្យាស្ថានបច្ចេកវិទ្យាកម្ពុជាដែលបានទទួលជ័យលាភីលេខ១ក្នុងការប្រកួត MRC River Monitoring Technology Competition លើប្រភេទវិញ្ញាសារការបង្កើតឧបករណ៍វាស់ទឹកភ្លៀង។ នេះជាវគ្គផ្តាច់ព្រាត់ដែលធ្វើឡើងនៅប្រទេសឡាវ ក្នុងកម្មវិធីសន្និសិទអន្តរជាតិ និងកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលរបស់គណៈកម្មការទន្លេមេគង្គ (4th MRC Summit) ដែលប្រព្រឹត្តទៅចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី ៣០ ខែមីនា ដល់ថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣។ សម្រាប់ការប្រកួតនេះក្រុមនិស្សិតមកពីវិទ្យាស្ថានបច្ចេកវិទ្យាកម្ពុជាបានបង្កើតឧបករណ៍វាស់ទឹកភ្លៀងហៅថា”Spinning
