    The Improvement of Master Energy Technology and Management (M-ETM) and Future Collaboration between ITC and ITB, at ITC

    The partnership program between ITC and ITB had reached at the agreement since December 30, 2020. The main objective of partnership agreement (PA) was set up and agreed by both parties in order to standardize the study program of ITC on Energy Technology and Management (ETM)

    Based on the agreed activities plan in 2022, two ITB professors, Dr. Rachman Setiawan and Dr. Eng. Pandji Prawisudah, were invited to ITC from 14th July 2022 to 15th July 2022 discussing on “the Improvement of Master Energy Technology and Management (M-ETM) and Future Collaboration between ITC and ITB”. This invited mission managed by Dr. NGOUN Kollika, Head department of Industrial and Mechanical Engineering (GIM); and Dr. KIM Bunthoeun, PA implementer. During this mission, the draft curriculum of ETM program was feedbacked and next activities plane with student exchange was agreed.

    The objectives of this mission are as follows:

    • To assess the current M-ETM program
    • To feedback on the curriculum of M-ETM
    • To develop questionnaire design for market needs after pre-market assessment carried by ITC team
    • To identify the next implementation activities including the mobility schedule of ITC staff and Student candidate to ITB
    • Discussion on the research collaboration

    (វបក ភ្នំពេញ)៖ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ៣ ដល់ ថ្ងៃទី ១២ ខែ កក្កដា ឆ្នាំ ២០២២ គ្រូឧទ្ទេសចំនួន០៥រូបនៃវិទ្យាស្ថានបច្ចេកវិទ្យាកម្ពជា បានផ្តល់បំណិនផ្នែក “ការកែច្នៃអាហារតាមវិធីសាស្រ្តធ្វើល្បើង (ការធ្វើជ្រក់ត្រសក់ និងណែមត្រី)” ដល់គ្រូបង្គោល (សិក្ខាកាម) ចំនួន ១៤នាក់ ដែលបានមកពីអនុវិទ្យាល័យ និងវិទ្យាល័យ ចំនួន ៦ សាលា ក្រោមគម្រោង STEM Education Local Partnership Program នៃគម្រោងកែលម្អការអប់រំឧត្តមសិក្សា (HEIP)។ បំណិននេះបានបែងចែកជាបីផ្នែកសំខាន់ៗ ៖

    ផ្នែកទ្រឹស្តី៖ សិក្ខាកាមបានទទួលចំណេះដឹងទូទៅទាក់ទងទៅនឹង គុណសម្បត្តិរបស់អាហារល្បើង វិធីសាស្រ្តកែច្នៃ អាហារតាមវិធីសាស្រ្ត ល្បើងប្រកបដោយគុណភាព និងសុវត្ថិភាព ការវិភាគគុណភាព ការវាយតម្លៃផលិតផលដោយញាណ និងការរក្សារទុកអាហារប្រភេទនេះអោយបានត្រឹមត្រូវ។
    ផ្នែកអនុវត្ត៖ គ្រូឧទ្ទេសបានណែនាំសិក្ខាកាមពីវិធីសាស្រ្តក្នុងការផលិត និងបង្ហាត់បង្ហាញពីរបៀបផលិតជ្រក់ត្រសក់ និង ណែមត្រីប្រកបដោយគុណភាព អនាម័យ និងមានរស់ជាតិឆ្ញាញ់។ បន្ទាប់មក សិក្ខាកាមបានអនុវត្ត និងផលិតជ្រក់ត្រសក់ និង ណែមត្រីដោយខ្លួនឯង និងទទួលបានផលិតផលមានរសជាតិឆ្ងាញ់និងគុណភាពដូចដែលបានរំពឹងទុក។
    ផ្នែកផែនការអាជីវកម្ម៖ សិក្ខាកាម បានរៀនពីការរៀបចំផែនការអាជីវកម្ម និងរៀបចំគម្រោងអាជីវកម្មផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនដោយយកចំណេះជំនាញដែលទទួលបានពីបំណិន ដើម្បីរកចំណូលបន្ថែម។

    (ITC, Phnom Penh): From July 3 to July 12, 2022, five lecturers of Institute of Technology of Cambodia provided the skill training program on “Food Processing by Fermentation Method” to 14 trainees coming from 6 different secondary schools under the STEM Education Local Partnership Program of Higher Education Improvement Project (HEIP). This training is divided into three parts such as theory, practical, and business plan development.

    Theory training: trainees were trained on the Principal of food fermentation, Processing techniques, Quality and safety of the products, Sensory evaluation, and Proper storage of this products.
    Practical training: trainers explained on the method and train the trainee how to produce the fermented cucumber and fermented fish (nem trey) with quality and safety. After that, trainee practiced by themself to produce the quality and safe fermented cucumber and fermented fish (nem trey) with the satisfactory products as expected.
    Business plan: trainees were trained on how to prepare and apply the business plans and preparation the individual business plan in order to operate the business for income generation.

    (វបក ភ្នំពេញ)៖ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២២ ដល់ ថ្ងៃទី០៥ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២២ គ្រូឧទ្ទេសចំនួន០៩រូបនៃវិទ្យាស្ថានបច្ចេកវិទ្យាកម្ពជា បានផ្តល់បំណិនផ្នែក “ទឹកផ្លែឈើ និងដំណាប់បៀក” ដល់គ្រូបង្គោល(សិក្ខាកាម) ចំនួន ១៦នាក់ ដែលមកពីអនុវិទ្យាល័យ និងវិទ្យាល័យ ចំនួន១២ សាលា ក្រោមគម្រោង STEM Education Local Partnership Program នៃគម្រោងកែលម្អការអប់រំឧត្តមសិក្សា (HEIP)។ បំណិននេះបានបែងចែកជាបីផ្នែកសំខាន់ៗ ៖

    • ផ្នែកទ្រឹស្តី៖សិក្ខាកាមទទួលបានចំណេះដឹងទូទៅទាក់ទងទៅនឹងវិធីសាស្រ្តកែច្នៃ អាហារផ្នែកទឹកផ្លែឈើ និងដំណាប់បៀក និងការរក្សារទុកអាហារ។
    • ផ្នែកអនុវត្ត៖ គ្រូឧទ្ទេសបានណែនាំសិក្ខាកាមពីវិធីសាស្រ្តក្នុងការផលិត និងបង្ហាត់ បង្ហាញពីរបៀបផលិតទឹកសណ្តែកសៀង និងទឹកស្វាយ។ បន្ទាប់មក សិក្ខាកាមបានអនុវត្ត និងផលិត ទឹកសណ្តែកសៀង និងទឹកស្វាយដោយខ្លួនឯង និងទទួលបានផលិតផលមានរសជាតិឆ្ងាញ់ដូចដែលរំពឹងទុក។
    • ផ្នែកផែនការអាជីវកម្ម៖ សិក្ខាកាម បានរៀនពីការរៀបចំផែនការអាជីវកម្ម និងរៀបចំគ្រូអាជីវកម្មផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន ដើម្បីយកចំណេះជំនាញដែលទទួលបានពីបំណិន ក្នុងការរកចំណូលបន្ថែម។

    (ITC, Phnom Penh): From 26 June to 05 July 2022, nine lecturers of Institute of Technology of Cambodia have provided the skill training on “Juice and Jam” to 16 trainees coming from 12 different secondary schools under the STEM Education Local Partnership Program of Higher Education Improvement Project (HEIP). This training is divided into three parts.

    • Theory training: trainees have been trained about the basic knowledge of food processing and preservation on juice and jam។
    • Practical training: trainers has explained on the method and train the trainee how to produce the soymilk and mango juice. After that, trainee has practiced and produced the soymilk and mango juice with the satisfactory outcome as expected.
    • Business plan: trainees have been trained on how to prepare and apply the business plans and preparation the individual business plan in order to operate the business for income generation.

Laurent SERMET, នាយកប្រចាំតំបន់អាស៊ីប៉ាស៊ីភិចនៃអង្គការប្រទេសនិយាយភាសាបារាំង AUF។ ឯកឧត្តមនាយកបានថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់AUFដែលតែងតែគាំទ្រនិងជួយដល់សាលាតិចណូ៖ a) Projet CNEUF, b) ហិរញ្ញប្បទានសម្រាប់កម្មវិធីអន្តរជាតិ ECAM LaSalle ក្នុងការបំលាស់ទីសាស្រ្តាចារ្យ, c) ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលក្រោយបរិញ្ញាបត្រ។ល។ បន្ទាប់មកទៀតឯកឧត្តមនាយកក៏បានជម្រាបជូនសមភាគីពីវឌ្ឍភាពនៃវិទ្យាស្ថានបច្ចេកវិទ្យាកម្ពុជា ដោយបានរំលេចំនុចសំខាន់ៗដូចជា៖ 1)ការពង្រីកសាខាសាលាតិចណូ (ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ និងធនធានមនុស្ស); 2) ការបង្កើនការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនិសិ្សតបញ្ញាបត្ររង (technician); 3) សក្តានុពលតិចណូក្នុងវិស័យស្រាវជ្រាវ; 4) តួនាទីដ៏សំខាន់នៃ Consortium international d’appui à l’ITC និង Conseil d’administration ។ល។
    ចំណែកឯលោក Laurent SERMET បានសម្តែងនូវការរំភើបនិងមានមោទនភាព ដែលបានជ្រើរើសយកសាលាតិចណូជាសាកលវិទ្យាល័យដំបូងគេដើមី្បធ្វើទស្សនកិច្ច។ លោកបានកោតសរសើរចំពោះអភិបាលកិច្ចល្អរបស់វិទ្យាស្ថានបច្ចេកវិទ្យាកម្ពុជា ដែលបានធ្វើឱ្យគ្រឺះស្ថានមួយនេះមានឈ្មោះបោះសម្លេងក្នុងចំណោមគ្រឹះស្ថានសមាជិកAUFជាង១០០០នៅក្នុងពិភពលោក។ លោកក៏បានសន្យាថាលោកនឹងពិនិត្យលទ្ធភាពដើមី្បផ្តល់ការគាំទ្រដល់គម្រោងថ្មីមួយទៀត ក្នុងការបញ្ជូនសាស្រ្តាចារ្យទៅបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនៅសាលាដៃគូក្នុងប្រទេសបារាំង ដើមី្បដំណើរការដេប៉ាតឺម៉ង់ថ្មី Département Transports et Infrastructures។
